Your AI, on your hardware, in Switzerland. Kept honest.

ChatGPT, Copilot and API calls that leave the country — replaced by a gateway and models running on infrastructure you own. Fixed price, published below. You keep the keys.

Three triggers, one method

Which of these landed on your desk?

Same method, same price ladder, same person. Pick the one that hurts.

AI Exit

The trigger
Staff are pasting client data into ChatGPT or Copilot and nobody can prove where it goes.
What I do
A gateway on your server: a Swiss-only lane for sensitive work, frontier models on your own keys for the rest, every request logged in Switzerland.

Sovereign inference

The trigger
Some data may never leave the building — HR, legal, client files — and the team still wants AI on it.
What I do
Open-weight models — Apertus, Llama, Qwen — on a GPU server you own, in your rack or at a Swiss provider. Wired into the gateway.

AI workflows

The trigger
You want automation with AI, and every vendor wants your data in their cloud first.
What I do
Agents and workflows with guardrails — intake, drafting, review — built on that gateway, running where your data already is.

How it works

Four steps. Every one has a price before it starts.

  1. STEP 1

    Exit Check

    CHF 4'500 fixed · 2 weeks

Which AI tools your people actually use, what data flows where, what must stay in Switzerland, what can run on your own hardware — and what I would leave as it is. If the answer is "you're fine", that's the answer, and it's still worth the number.

  2. STEP 2

    Move

    CHF 9'000–15'000 fixed · 4–6 weeks

The AI Gateway on your server: CHF 9'000. Gateway plus a sovereign inference server with open-weight models: CHF 12'000–15'000. Runs on your real data. Your team trained. Documented so you are not dependent on me.

  3. STEP 3

    Care

CHF 1'200 per month · cancel monthly

Patches, model updates, a monthly usage and spend report, business-hours escalation. Your IT holds first line; I'm second and third.

  4. STEP 4

    Sign-off

Included in Care · or CHF 4'000 / year

One signed page a quarter: which requests stayed in Switzerland, which left and under which contract, what ran on your own hardware. The document your KI-Weisung and your auditor both promise and nobody produces.

What stays yours

Everything.

  • The repo, the keys, the box. One docker compose, one git repository, in your name.
  • Your hardware, your accounts. The GPU server sits in your rack or under your name at a Swiss provider; the API keys are yours. I never sit between you and a vendor.
  • Your people, trained. The session is for the person who runs it, not for management.
  • A written map of what may go where under Swiss data protection — it survives whoever builds the next thing.

What I don't do

Three things, on purpose.

  • 24/7 on-call. Business hours, honest response times, and a runbook for the middle of the night.
  • Sell hardware. I spec the GPU server; you buy it. I take no margin on iron.
  • Bill by the hour. Every number on this page is fixed before I start.
Exit-able by design. The whole point of buying an exit from someone is that you can leave them too. Fire me and it keeps running.

Who I am

I run AI and infrastructure inside a regulated Swiss company — dozens of automated workflows and agents in production, under real compliance rules, with people who did not ask for them. Before that I co-founded and sold a Swiss DevOps consultancy, and spent a decade teaching containers publicly as one of the first Docker Captains.

I mention the regulated part deliberately. Standing up a model is easy. Running AI so that the auditor, the messy data and the sceptical sysadmin all sign off is the part I've already done.

Based in Zug. I work with companies across Switzerland who want AI that is theirs, compliant, and boring in the best sense.

If your situation isn't a fit, I'll say so on the call rather than sell you a Check you don't need.
